Nitroinfusions

Nitroinfusions is a specialty ice cream shop that creates “made to order ice cream” using a 100% organic base adding fresh ingredients such as strawberries, mint, raspberry and mango for flavoring. Our method of freezing utilizes Liquid Nitrogen, which results in ice cream that that is the freshest, creamiest and smoothest ice cream anywhere. The “secret” is science: the – 321F temperature of the Liquid Nitrogen freezes within seconds, removing the build-up of ice crystals and air, creating a superior product. We also feature nitro pops, brownie sundaes, shakes, floats and affogatos. For those who are dairy sensitive we offer dairy free ice cream and sorbet. By all means indulge!
